We are a professional services company that has specialized in project development, project management and implementation for the past 50 years.
We support clients and architects in the development and implementation of project drafts and their design. Our top priority is to promote and meet quality, cost, and deadline targets. We offer a wide range of services, from project development support to construction management. Construction management is the DNA of our company.
Project development
We take care of the entire project development for our clients. This involves the ideal calibration of maximizing utility requirements and minimizing investment costs.    Â
Overall services
We take over the project development, planning and realization of an already planned construction project at a fixed price from the time the agreement is awarded.
General planning
The separation of tasks between architecture and construction management has proven its worth. As GP, we offer project management and execution expertise.                Â
Construction management
We are the pioneers. In the early days, we were the ones forcing the separation between planning and execution.
Reconstruction & Renovation
We specialize in modernizations, renovations, reconstructions, etc. Whatever the issue, we develop appropriate solutions.
Construction economics
We support projects as early as the feasibility study or pre-project phase with regard to cost efficiency. Â
Overall services and total contractor submissions
Upon request, we also process phase-appropriate bids for overall service and total contractor submissions.
Competition support, expert opinions, construction consultancy
We support architects during the planning of competition projects and juries of awarding authorities.

Sustainability
The construction industry has an important impact on the economy, the environment and society. We share responsibility by making a contribution to sustainability. It is important to us to pursue and achieve the national and international climate targets that have been set, including net zero and the Paris Agreement.
We develop, plan, and implement in a resource efficient way. This means we ensure that energy and materials are used responsibly and minimize harmful effects on the environment. We focus on the entire life cycle of properties and attach importance to sustainable and energy-efficient implementation throughout the entire construction period, right from the initial construction phases. Wherever possible, we use building standards and certifications as a guide.
