Historically, construction management has been our core business. The planners are managed and coordinated by the overall manager, i.e. the architect, and the contractors by the construction management team. We carry out what has been planned and are responsible for cost compliance as well as deadlines and quality requirements. All planners and contractors have a direct contractual relationship with the client. Due to the direct contractual relationship, the client also bears the risks. In this model, the expertise of the client is crucial to the success of the construction project.
