Total service and total contractor models are contractual relationships in which administrative services are delegated to the property owner, the overall management or the total contractor. Upon request, we also process and prepare phase-specific tenders for these models. In consultation with our clients, we determine the type and content of the tenders through to the award meetings and their moderation.
