On the former industrial site of the Albisrieden window factory “Fensterfabrik Albisrieden” 70 apartments with different floor plans, a multi-purpose room and shared co-working spaces are being built. The apartments are accessed via two stairwells and elevators via arcades. In future, the site will not only be used for living, but also for working. To this end, a factory hall with offices above will be added to the current residential building at Fellenbergweg. An underground garage and basement will connect the two uses. The two buildings will create a spacious courtyard that will benefit not only the property itself, but the entire neighborhood.
