The separation of tasks between architecture and construction management has proven its worth. As a general planner, we offer project management and execution expertise. The project planning and planning competencies remain with the architects. The other planners have a direct contractual relationship with the general planner. This relieves the client, particularly in the project planning and design phase. In contrast to the overall service model, the contractors have the clients as direct contractual partners. Under this model, the management, coordination and administration – services that the client delegates to the general planner – are remunerated by means of a general planning surcharge.
