51 years of success - Caretta Weidmann starts with 5 new partners and 1 proven constant
After 51 successful years, the time has come for the Caretta family to hand over the reins. Mauro Caretta hands over his shares and retires completely from Caretta Weidmann.
The traditional family business will continue to stand on the proven pillars of construction management and general planning, but will gain a broader base thanks to a change of ownership: the previous co-owner Felix Hegetschweiler will be joined by five new partners. This step not only ensures continuity, but also lays a strong foundation for the future. With the expanded partnership, new visions are to be implemented in the long term.
The new partners are:
-
Stephanie Trachsel, Commercial Director and CFO
-
Ninja Fleischmann, Head of Execution Basel
-
Rešat Bangoji, Head of Execution Zurich
-
Alex Delev, Head of Execution Zurich
-
Lars Steffen, Head of Construction Economics and Deputy CEO
The broader positioning and integration of the new partners will strengthen Caretta Weidmann in a targeted manner. The expansion creates new perspectives and consolidates the company’s position in existing areas. At the same time, the company is relying on young, dynamic forces that bring fresh ideas and new energy.
Caretta Weidmann remains true to its DNA in its core business. Furthermore, additional areas such as overall performance mandates, client representation and development mandates will be increasingly promoted. We are proud of our development to date and look forward to further expanding our team with experienced and young, ambitious employees.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Caretta family for their many years of tradition-conscious company management and for the trust they have placed in the new partners. Our special thanks also go to our partners, customers and clients. Together, we look to the future with confidence and look forward to continuing to work together. Constructive cooperation remains our central goal – in our projects, our relationships and in the further development of the Swiss real estate landscape.
Here’s to a successful future – Caretta Weidmann
