After 51 successful years, the Caretta family has handed over the reins. Mauro Caretta transferred his shares on 11 March 2025 and withdrew completely from Caretta Weidmann.<\/p>

The previous co-owner, Felix Hegetschweiler, will be joined by five new co-owners. This step not only ensures continuity but also lays a strong foundation for the future.<\/p>

Felix Hegetschweiler and the entire management team will be responsible for operations.<\/p>

As an integral part of the organisation, Caretta Weidmann has an effective quality management system that adapts to project-specific conditions.<\/p>

The traditional family business will continue to be built on the proven pillars of construction management and general planning.<\/p>
